Nothing bad is happening at Fermin Delton University.
After all, Leonard Marsh’s elder daughter, Maxine, has been off attending the prestigious school for two years now and seems to be doing quite well. Eager to reconnect with her, Leonard, together with his bright and passionate wife, Essie, and their unassuming younger daughter, Julia, make their first visit to the town of Delton where young Julia will be introduced to her prospective college and they can all be together as a family once again.
But every moment he spends on FDU’s campus, Leonard finds increasingly strange omens as he learns about the school, its people, and their dark secrets. Before long, Leonard discovers that his impressionable children are being manipulated. If he and Essie are unable to contend against the mind-consuming horrors they uncover at the heart of FDU, they may find both of their daughters lost forever.
